Implementation Specialist

Location: S2N’s Denver or Boston Office, Remote possible

Background:

In 2021, S2N Health launched RepSignal – an AI powered SaaS platform that uses advanced analytics and AI to transform complex data into actionable insights for medtech commercial teams and other stakeholders. RepSignal provides effective end-to-end solutions for any stage in the commercial lifecycle, either delivered on a standalone web platform or seamlessly integrated into Salesforce and other CRMs. We are a dynamic, start-up company with a positive culture and incredibly driven, smart people!

As an Implementation Specialist you will own the technical implementation & ensure successful onboarding of RepSignal for new clients and building long-term partnership. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, process-oriented execution, and strong client-facing communication skills to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

Client-Facing Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the customer and provide clear, professional communication from initial setup to post-deployment support
  • Understand the customers unique business needs & provide tailored RepSignal solutions to drive value for the customer
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service to drive customer success

Project Management:

  • Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks timelines and resource allocations to ensure a successful launch. Monitor project progress and identify risks to minimize possible delay in deployment
  • Coordinate internal and external resources by facilitating communication among stakeholders

Technical Implementation & Business Analytics:

  • Implement and configure permissions, territory management, and custom objects in Salesforce to align with client needs
  • Utilize analytical tools and software (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to deliver market insights to clients
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and ongoing troubleshooting, applying a strong attention to detail and a structured approach

Product Testing and Improvements:

  • Execute tests for new features and product updates, ensuring they meet client requirements and are free of defects
  • Collect feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas of improvement and contribute to product optimization

Continuous Process Improvement:

  • Take initiative to improve implementation processes, decreasing completion time and improving customer satisfaction
  • Look for ways to automate manual processes and increase self-service capabilities

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience leading client facing projects and successful deliverables
  • Strong technical skills, including data analytics experience and interest in Salesforce
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement and a customer-centric approach

Compensation range: $65,000 – $85,000 per year.

Healthcare Consulting Analyst Co-op 2025

Seeking experience in consulting? Do you have a strong interest in healthcare, medical technology, business and innovation?

We have two offices conveniently located in both Boston’s Financial District and Denver’s Downtown Neighborhood.

Job Description:

Co-ops assist the S2N team with research and analytics in support of client engagements. Example of co-op activities include:

  • Assisting with building financial and market models to size and prioritize commercial opportunities for innovative healthcare technologies in the US and other global markets
  • Assisting in creating economic models to quantify the value of healthcare innovations from the hospital, clinician , payer, and patient perspectives
  • Assisting with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from large healthcare claims data sets using Python and/or SQL
  • Creating customized client-ready dashboards summarizing data and model outputs as client deliverables
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitate primary market research with clinicians and industry experts, including identifying relevant experts, structuring discussion guides, engaging in dialogue, and analyzing findings for relevance to client decision-making
  • Conducting secondary research on target patient populations and providers, existing and emerging competitors, and market trends for healthcare technologies
  • Reading and synthesizing clinical literature to understand current practice patters, the standard of care, and performance requirements for novel therapies
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive PowerPoint presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations

Qualifications: 

We are looking for individuals pursuing a rigorous undergraduate degree, in fields such as life sciences, data science, engineering, finance/economics, or business, with a strong interest in the healthcare field, medical technology, business, and innovation. Also, we require:

  • Very strong analytical skills – quantitative and qualitative
  • Experience with Python or SQL
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English)
  • Detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Ability and desire to work in teams
  • Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Interview Process:

Following resume review, selected candidates will be offered a phone interview. The second round of interviews will be in person and involve a few case questions.

Product Design Intern (Fall Co-op)

Location: S2N’s Denver or Boston Office; Hybrid/Remote possible

As a Product Design Co-op/Intern on our product team,  you will play an integral role in crafting user-centric design solutions for our platform, focusing on making complex data actionable, understandable, and valuable for our users.

Role Overview:

As a Product Design Co-op/Intern, you will support the design of innovative data analytics platforms by helping shape the user experience for medical device sales reps and leaders interacting with large datasets. Your work will focus on improving data visualization, user interfaces, and workflows to make data easier to interpret and use. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams–including product managers, developers, and data engineers–to design intuitive solutions for users who rely on healthcare data to make critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to define user needs and create user-centric designs for data-driven platforms.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that simplify and improve the delivery of complex healthcare data and analytics on mobile and desktop interfaces.
  • Conduct user research to understand the challenges medical device sales professionals face when working with data and analytical tools.
  • Iterate on design based on feedback from user testing and stakeholder input to refine and improve the overall user experience.
  • Create intuitive data visualizations to help users make sense of large datasets in meaningful ways.
  • Ensure design consistency and align with the product’s brand guidelines across all user interfaces.
  • Work with the development team to ensure designs are effectively implemented and that the final product meets user expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in healthcare data analytics, product design best practices, and emerging technologies in the medtech space.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Interaction Design, Experience Design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
  • Familiarity with design tools (preferably Figma).
  • Interest in data-driven decision-making and how data can be used to drive outcomes in medical device sales.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work in an agile, face-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization principles is a plus.
  • Previous experience or interest in designing for enterprise software, data platforms, dashboards, or analytics tools is a plus, but not required.
