Enterprise Account Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Location: S2N’s Denver or Boston office, remote possible

Established in 2011, S2N Health accelerates go-to-market strategies and growth through value-maximizing SaaS solutions and data-enabled services for healthcare technology companies. In 2021, S2N Health launched RepSignal—an AI-powered SaaS platform that uses advanced analytics and AI to transform complex data into actionable insights for medtech commercial teams and other stakeholders. RepSignal provides effective end-to-end solutions for any stage in the commercial lifecycle, either delivered on a stand-alone web platform or seamlessly integrated into Salesforce and other CRMs. Having gained market traction in 2023 and built an incredible base of sales leads with our extensive network, we are ready to accelerate sales growth and build our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Generate pipeline for new customer opportunities for enterprise size companies
  • Manage sales and pipeline in Salesforce through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of our products and coordinate efforts around outreach to prospects or campaigns when asked
  • Provide industry and market expertise and stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies
  • Speak to customers or prospects about S2N and represent the company externally on demonstrations and at conferences
  • Gain a deep understanding and knowledge of technical capabilities of RepSignal
  • Coordinate with services side of business for pipeline opportunities and customers
  • Liaison between sales and product on key feature requests
  • Work across departments as needed to execute on projects or efforts around enterprise customers
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close enterprise sales

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in medtech sales
  • Proven ability to close large enterprise deals
  • Well versed in navigating complex large organizations and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate the product across various key personas
  • SAAS experience preferable
    Experienced in virtual selling
  • Skilled communicator with ability to create external messaging that aligns with company values
  • Ability to create proposals, write SOWs, and create pricing for customers
  • Strong pipeline management and organizational skills
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
